Working at Sweet & Saucy Shop in Long Beach, I was tasked with making a Nike Air Jordan cake topper. It was nearly life sized, and I made it out of Rice Krispie Square, white chocolate & fondant, hand painting and cutting details out of fondant and gum paste.
