While at Sweet & Saucy Shop in Long Beach, CA, I was offered to make a mermaid themed cake for a photoshoot. This photoshoot went Viral! It was on Huff Post, USA Today, Buzzfeed, you name it, and I designed the cake!!! Here are the pictures I took while constructing it, including the sketch that started it all.
